Happy New Year

Wow, can you believe we’re almost in 2025? I feel like 2024 just whizzed by in the blink of an eye!

So, what’s the plan for the exciting year ahead? I’ve got a lot on my wish list, but I also want to keep it balanced and not overwhelming.

For 2025, instead of the usual New Year’s resolutions that say “more of this” and “less of that,” I’m taking a different approach. My main focus is on creating healthy mental and physical habits—not so much about specific “must dos” or “must don’ts.”

Speaking of excitement, I’m thrilled to share that I’m now an admin for two Artist Trading Card (ATC) Facebook pages! I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for these groups.

First up, the Happy Canadians Artist Trading Cards group is such a cheerful place! We have a blast with fun activities and trading via snail mail across Canada. There are usually about six unique challenges every month, along with a birthday list, an ATC lottery, and tons of friendly support from everyone.

Then there’s the Ottawa Artist Trading Card group, which focuses on in-person trading. It was around before, but it needed some rejuvenation, so I offered to take the lead and see how we can get things moving again.

I’m really looking forward to this new adventure and can’t wait to connect with everyone!
