2026 Watercolour Birth Month Flower Calendar

Every year, I create something special for the upcoming calendar season, but my 2026 Watercolour Birthmonth Flower Calendar might be my favourite one yet. It blends everything I love: flowers, meaning, handmade design, and the joy of painting. It’s not just a calendar—it’s a creative experience.

Each month features a different watercolour outline of the traditional birthmonth flowers, ready to be painted by the recipient. I printed every page on real watercolour paper so the colours blend properly, textures hold, and the finished results look genuinely artistic. It feels like flipping through a year-long art project, one beautiful month at a time.

To make the experience accessible to beginners and fun for seasoned painters, every calendar comes with a watercolour dot card—little dried dots of watercolour paint that activate instantly with a wet brush. You also get a small brush in the kit, so it’s truly a complete set. Open the calendar, choose your month, and start painting. No hunting for supplies.

I wanted this calendar to feel like a moment of calm built into every month. Something you look forward to, something grounding—especially during our cold Canadian winters when we’re craving colour and flowers and creativity.

Each floral illustration is designed to be manageable but still satisfying, with enough detail to stay interesting. I love imagining people taking 20 minutes to paint on a Sunday morning, or gifting the calendar to someone who could use a little creative joy.

This project also grew out of my work at Silver Spring Studio. Supporting folks with different abilities has influenced how I design: accessibility, simplicity, and beauty all have to work together. This calendar does exactly that.

Whether you hang it in your kitchen, gift it to someone you love, or use it as a monthly creative ritual, it’s a beautiful way to make the year more colourful—literally.
